In the early 1980s as Vice President in charge of Mortgage
Originations at the Ninth Federal Savings and Loan Association of
NYC, Ralph developed and implemented one the first ever
residential mass mortgage originations sales and marketing campaigns
for a thrift institution in the NY Metro area and turned a Small S
& L into a major player in a major market in only two
years. He did it again at the Lincoln Savings Bank, in
NYC and as a Consultant he has help many Mortgage Bankers, Brokers
and Banks maximize their potential in mortgage originations.
His vast experience in the mortgage industry is the product of involvement in over two
billion dollars of mortgage production. He has the ability to reach industry professionals at all levels. He is a master educator who has the unique knack of making complicated subjects appear simple. An accredited instructor for both the New York and New Jersey Real Estate Commissions, Ralph was formerly an associate Professor at two colleges, including New York University. He holds the designation of ”Certified Mortgage Consultant” as conferred by the National Association Of Mortgage Brokers.
Ralph is one of the founding fathers of the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers and a two term president. It is no surprise he was bestowed a lifetime membership in honor of his active service and incomparable vision. Additionally, he served as Parliamentarian for six years on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
